I'm looking to put some new 205mm tyres on my 924's stock 14in 4 bolt wheels

The Porsche shop (Halesowen) did have one in the end but it turned
out to be cheaper buying directly from Porsche.
I know the Porsche shop isn't cheap but that's just crazy! |

Yep it got through the MOT on the second attempt.
The brakes were the only failure in the first mot, im quite impressed for a 22yr old car. |

Yeah my 84 924 has those lift brackets.
I assumed they were standard?
They surly cant support the weight of the engine though??!! |

I had the same problem and thought my car never heated up.
Ive recently replaced the temperature sender and now the gauge reads correctly!
Could be the same problem you’re having? |

I read above that the adjustment tube should be plugged with a rubber bung. Is this true for all 924's? In just worrying cos the tube on mine has no seal!

I had the same problem when I first got my 924 - After driving for a while coolent came out the overflow pipe. Ive think this was due to the engine overheating and letting off pressure.
