Got the Audi body on Sunny and believe it does make a differance, particularly on full throtle. Not sure how it would be on a US spec car though.

The adjuster is accesed via a hole on the backplate looks like a cog and can be rotated with a screwdriver. IIRC its at the bottom of the back plate but its been a while since I did mine.

Cant vouch for the relative cost of the screens, mine was an insurance replacement so cost me £50
