Thanks gents,
So if I read this right, a box stamped VB is a US spec. From what I know of the donor it's a very low mileage, unmolested UK car. Don't know how it ended up with a US box.

The hatch trim is originally black.
Afraid you can't remove the spoiler, you need a genuine non spoiler hatch

It shouldn't have a spoiler at all. And the wheels should be the standard 8 spokes but painted black with a silver lip

I believe the shape of the interior quarter panel changed slightly when the fuel cap went from exposed to covered in 79

I think original aerials were Hirschmann or Beru. This one works for the angle of the fender, but check the size of the hole.
