Can those and the main jet be replaced without taking the entire block apart?

It cleaned up in the 3200-3500 rpm range and the gauge did not respond to a dash tap, thump or pounding. Very nervous of driving it. (Not sure if the fans will kick on)

Unless you have another reason to pull the engine, just slide the torque tube/tranny back and remove the bell housing. Haynes has an OK write up.
