Sorry i worded that poorly.. since the beginign i KNOW the airplate wasnt lifting cause i already haved teh aircover off adn useing a mirror.

i guess im gonna hvae to go vacume leak searchign then if that doesnt work ill CIS pressure test it

Check the boots, joins in the boots, take off line to the brake booster and AAV (and crankcase ventilation if yours doesn't connect to the air box).
