My radiator of the 924 is leaking (only with a hot engine, when it is turned off or runs with the cooling fans kicks in).

I look in my Haynes manual, but they say that i must remove the expantion tank and my windshield washer fluid tank??? But i believe it can be easier?

Or is that the only way to remove the radiator? Because the cooling fan removal is easy with 4 bolts, and the radiator is placed to with 4 bolts.

Thanks in advice

if you undo the 4 bolts on the radiator and undo all the hoses, you should be able to drop it straight out the bottom. but the expansion tank is not that hard to remove. maybe 3 bolts and 2 nuts. that gets the whole mounting for it completely out of the way.

as far as the windscreen washer bottle, i've never removed mine.

It doesn't need to come down. If you remove the expansion tank, even with the fan still fitted, you can lift out of the car from above.

Steeny's right, you don't need to touch the washer reservoir.
