It is hard to say what a car is worth without seeing it. Post a pic and then it will be more accurate. _________________ 1988 924S: Koni fully adjustables, Short shift kit, head work, exhaust, K&N, Jacobs ignition, Larger Injectors, Performance Chip, 928 wheels with cooper Zeon tires, Momo interior, Etc.....

| I dont see how to post a pic. I read the faq and it said i need an offsite server that it can be viewed from, which i dont have and the forum post I read is also 6 years old so I dont know if it is still not possible to post pics here, I see other posts with them but.......if I can post pics here let me know how. I only have 2 pics of the car and they are both body shots. |

Price depends heavily on where you are.
On a 924S or 944 the market value of the car is also dependent on how many miles and how long since the last "front of engine service", who performed the work, the brand of the parts used, and what parts were replaced.
Your car does not look bad. Could be worth anywhere between $500 and $3000, depending on whether it is running, how original the body is, and the front of engine service. |

. . .although it is easily conceivable that the average schmo on the street may not know what a FOE service is, much less what effect it might have on the car's value. _________________ Toofah King Bad

| unfortunately that is the only good picture I have. I haven't bothered to take any detailed pics of it. As I said in the original post, I am just looking for ballpark figures, the car is a daily driver and does need some work if I wanted to get it to a "show-like" condition. However, considering that it is a 20 year old car I think it is in pretty good shape for a daily driver. I just haven't had the time or facilities to keep it "better" like I have with cars in the past. Interior wise it is still all original except the stereo, cloth seats are in excellent condition, carpet is very good,no tears or wears, a proper steam cleaning would make it almost look new I think, still has the original floor mats. There is 2(?) cracks on the top of the dash, the leather on the gear shift is about the only part that has bad wear, it is prety much worn off. Engine still runs strong, was completely rebuilt by the previous owner in 2003. Body is completely solid, never an accident just needs paint. |
