I have a 1977 Porsche 924, I just got it up and running (will add pictures soon!) but I have run into the most minimal and annoying problem. The brake lights won't work. Cleaned the ground wires, just no electrical power coming when I press down on the brake.

I've been starring at the Haynes manual for hours and the wiring diagram just confuses me even more and doubts anything I am going to try.

Please, any suggestions that would be awesome!

Where in Wisco are you located?

Did you test with a multimeter to see if there is power by the lights?

Did you check the fuse/all the simple things?

My taillight stopped working and it was because the wire pulled out of the connector and I hadn't noticed it right away..

About ten minutes outside of Appleton!

There is power to the normal lights, but the reverse and brake lights will not function.

I checked all the fuses and they look clean, rechecked the ground and all the wires. I have a feeling it could be the brake pressure sensor, but Id rather try simple wick fixes first before I try that.

Yup brake pressure sensors on the mc theres 2 of them since yours is a early bird '77'. I replaced them once any reputable tire shop has them
seem to remember 24 bucks or something like that. The later yrs have them on the brake pedal.
