Got the new head bolts in today but they look different from the ones that were in before:
New one is the bottom one...
I'm guessing no but I figured I'd ask: Will the new ones work? |

As long as the thread pitch and size match I don't see why they wouldn't work. _________________ Stefan

Ja, they're fine. Not sure when things changed but the last couple of sets I got have that longer thread. Might be because they're multi-application or something.
I've also seen hex -v- triple-square heads. That doesn't seem to matter either. |

| As I stated before. These are the exact bolts that are on my car now. |

I put a set of bolts on mine that look just like your new ones about 2,000 miles ago. No problems on my end _________________ 1979 924 NA
