Hey all, next summer I plan on building another 924 turbo car. This time a GTR clone with an early 944 suspension and a 931 engine and a front-mounted intercooler. Have a fiberglass wide-body kit and a rust free tub. Need to know what wheel-width would be needed to fill the fenders? Here are some pics I've posted before of the project, ignore the bird crap~!

The 005 GTP car had 16" BBS wheels that were about 12" wide in the front and 14" wide in the rear (overall width 12 3/4" and 14 7/8") and I beleive that the fenders are about 2" wider than the earlier GTR/LeMans fendered cars.

Hope this helps!
Tom

Just starting to get nice down here again in the AZ Dave. Are you looking for cheap wheels as in a daily driver, or cheap Porsche wheels to slap on your project?
