I am adding power steering to my 932 using a 944 power rack, 944 intermediate steering shaft, and Dan's old adapter brackets from the 941. I would like to add the Elephant Racing bump steer kit http://www.elephantracing.com/suspension/bumpsteer/944bumpsteer.htm at the same time. Will this fit with the usual adjustment (see http://www.924board.org/viewtopic.php?t=25795)? I have stock spindles, hubs, etc.

Yep, works fine, although I did have to do some minor grinding on the ends of the spindle to get them to fit into the ER "saddle".

George, in answer to your previous question (which I now realize I neglected to answer), there is nothing about the power steering conversion that requires the bump steer kit. I added it to the wide body setup due to the amount of lowering.

Thanks, Dan.

Ok. But a bump steer kit is a good idea for these cars anyway, isn't it?

Yes...but not always due to lowering. Check out this thread (if you haven't already):

Look into a Toyota electric pump. Works well on my Ac Cobra . If you use the Toyota computer you have your variable speed system in one neat package.
