Turbo 924 GTR race engine
Factory Porsche 924 GTR Racecar
Raced by George Drolsom Racing

This car was bought new by George Drolsom and campaigned in IMSA and Trans Am with assistance from Brumos Porsche. The tartan material on the dash was installed by Brumos for the late Peter Gregg. This car has never been wrecked nor suffered from neglect. In 1998 the car was sold by Drolsom to a Porsche collector who restored the car for vintage racing. It currently has a fresh engine and comes with spares. |

^ Welcome aboard enthousiast
It probably was already sold friday. No idea to whom or for what it went.
Saturday morning I checked Hemmings and the page was already deleted.
No trace through g00gle and such, except the add by Hollywoodwheels.
Kind regards,
Harm.

Dmeluzio
Do you have any more photos from the lake placid parade? I was at this parade and showed my 77.5 924 that took 2nd in the stock 924 class. Don't have any pictures from the parade or of my car there. Wonder if perhaps you might. |

Fast-classics shows a car that some how lost its history along the way
…and the steering wheel is on the other side: Smaller market.
The one from Spa is the real deal to the purist I guess: Completely stock.
And putting it up for auction near the de Spa Francorchamps circuit that weekend is good marketing? |
