I towed my 931 on a dolly 20 miles, and somewhere along the way something flew forward and knocked the car in 3rd gear I think, I hope it wasn't 1st.... Well anyway, if it was first, I'll be attempting this swap...

You use the stock bell housing and clutch from a 931. The engine does not have anything to do with the crossmember but the oil pan needs slight modifying. It mounts directly to the factory 924 mounts and the engine has the mount bosses already cast into the block. As you can see the master cylinder has to be relocated with the use of early 911 master cylinder fittings to put the reservoir out of the way. On mine, I used a tilton pedal assembly with the reservoirs directly on the slave cyl. to clean up the engine bay. The throttle cable also needs modifying to work with the 924 pedal. GHL will be making my header and down pipe. I am trying to get another car and motor to do a turbo version. My current project will recieve a Procharger supercharger. Pics only when the project is complete. Sorry guys, Deal with it!
