It's -32 with windchill, -10 w/o right now @ 5am up here in Maine.
The Weather Channel just said it's going to get colder going into the weekend... down down down untill the high temp of +4 during the day come Saturday.
Doesn't look like I'll be getting much done anytime real soon.
Are any of you guys from up this way enjoying the chill? _________________ 81' 931 |

Weather seems to be changing a lot here (North East UK) over the years, I'm 33 and I can remember snowfalls lasting for weeks in the winters... snow up past my knees would be a regular winter thing...
My eldest kid is 9 and while we've had snow in the years since he was born, it's no-where near as often, rarely lasts more than a few days and it's usually not more than a couple of inches deep... I feel kinda sad that they haven't really experienced a big fall, the youngest is 4 and he's maybe only seen a handfull of days where the ground has been white.
Winters just seem to be constant rain, wind and icey mornings these years... ohh well... _________________ Mars Red '78 Euro 924 n/a

Hmmm... reasons for enjoying the cold...
Every 10deg drop in temp is another 1% more power out of your motor, unless you have a turbo, in which case it's even more!!! _________________ Vaughan Scott

It only seems to get down to -30 up in Baudette anymore...
Of course, the turbo has to stay home. _________________ Vaughan Scott

Well, it's been between 86 and 95 degrees Farenheit here in Brisbane this week. 75 to 85 percent humidity. Not the best weather for driving...
Highest temperature in Queensland today is about 106 degrees Farenheit! _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

66F and sunny in Denver today. I got in 18 holes of golf, just wearing a sweatshirt and jeans, and I was sweating. Besides, next week I'm off to the Caribean for a seven day cruise. _________________ 1980 924 Turbo |

Numbbers, you can go chew on the big one for awhile 'cause it's -30 C without 'chill' right here now and that's f'ing cold enough to freeze the balls off my brass monkey, let alone start my diesel pickup.
