Iv got my car back on the road today. I recived my order from Performance Products last week and pretty quickly too (but got a charge of $80 ! from customs, about 1/4 of my orders cost) I spent today from 8am to 5pm in the rain working through the final nagging tasks to get her started and with a few puts and a wiggle of my fuelpump relay it growled to life. Im feeling pretty good about the whole things. It's not perfect but this has been the first major work iv done on my car (interior restorations / dashboard swap along with minor engine work) and the car seems to be idleing / starting and stoping better then it has in my prescense. Im just feeling pleased. When the weather clears up I will see about getting some new photos up of my interior. Thanks to everyone who helped me get my A/C wiring sorted and more thanks to everyone who I dealt with in getting some of the parts I need. Without 924.org I don't think I could have gotten half the work I attempted, completed. How are things going on everyone elses winter projects ?

The only problem im stilling having is a gremlin in the highbeam switch, it dosn't seem to 'click' the highbeams on from the steering column selector. They do come on but it seems intermitently when fliping the lights on and off. Im going to pull the steering wheel and column and take a look at it tomorrow, any suggestions where to start? I remember looking at it before and being unsure of what areas to use a brush and di-electric grease on (corrision prevention)
