coilover spring lengths?

Some recent discussions were about coilover springs and spring rates with modified (Koni or Bilstein) rear shocks. Can I get an idea of the spring lengths being used in the rear, and in the coilovers being used in the modified front struts.

IIRC I'm using 10" springs up front. Or 8" and they're barely long enough (for my lowered car).
