Hi!
I'm just curious (as usual)... Should a 924 (not a 931) be called NA or N/A?
At the swedish 9x4 board most people use N/A but that means something like "Not Available", right? "Naturally Aspirated" should be abbreviated NA?
/Magnus, with this years first really silly question... _________________ Another curious Swede...

I agree Magnus, NA is proper for 'Naturally Aspirated' but N/A is for 'Not Applicable'. _________________ MJ

| It doesn't matter. If you are looking at a list of options for a car and you see N/A, then it would mean not available. If you see a description of a car and it reads N/A, you still know it would mean Naturally Aspirated. It's like saying you have $500,89 in the bank, when you are usually see $500.98. |

Wow. Ran out of stuff to fix and have a lot of free time on your hands, eh Magnus?
Yeah I have some free time too and really should be out doing something useful because we have a freakishly warm >60°F sunny day going here.. Anyway, I'd normally interpret N/A as "not applicable" or "not available" and use "NA" for "normally aspirated" or "normal aspiration" or whatever... _________________ "..it's made in Germany. Speaking of "N/A"'s, your weather report's full of them - http://www.weather.com/outlook/travel/local/SWXX0054 _________________ "..it's made in Germany. You know the Germans always make good stuff."

Hehe... Warm & sunny doesn't really apply to a swedish New Years Day.
Ah, I see you found my home town... N/A in this case means more like 0°C/30°F, cloudy and a bit windy. Actually unusually hot for early january, should be around -10°C or -15°C but it's OK... (60°F is like 20-25° C, right?)
I'm waiting for parts to get my fuel tank so I got some time to think about the less important stuff... And I'm still trying to find the right type of gearbox mounts for my 924... Not easy, it seems... But tomorrow I'm back in my garage trying to install reinforced mounting points for my Heigo roll bar and the 4 point safty harness... Didn't want to go out there today, I got a slight hang-over from New Years Eve...
/Magnus, oops, it's already tomorrow over here: 00:05 AM _________________ Another curious Swede...

If you cannot find parts for your car we surely have them here. If you want I can buy them for you and send them.
You can do the same for us that have Euro cars. _________________ "Never let them see you sweat"

My real problem is to find someone over here who can say which gearbox mount that will work for my car. Diesel here on 924Board says that a 944 mount will fit nicely but I'd some confirmation before I order those. After all, they cost about 600 SEK (about $90 USD) each at the Porsche parts dealer.
If I can help anyone of you Euro car owners out, please let me know! I'd be glad to help!
