The springs form the clutch broke so it started to make a lot of clatery noise when the pedal was pressed.
Went to buy a new clutch and it costs a whopping 350€!!! (300 dollars I think...) Is there an VW or audi alternative? The porsche clutch has extra small springs but otherwise they're the same.
The car in question is an euro 1976 924 N/A. |

Keep an eye on EBay. I got an entire clutch kit, still in the Porsche boxes, for $130 last year. _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

If you're looking for just the disk, one for a VW Jetta is probably as good as you'll do, but you'd have to settle for 1/4" less in diameter. To get a full 8-1/2"'er the price about doubles.
