Paragon Products Figure around $400 for a set of Konis or Bilsteins.

Don't forget that you will need to replace rubber parts when you service the front struts like the upper strut mounts, sway bar bushings, and a-arm bushings.

Paragon products and Koni's or Bilsteins are your best bet, as Gohim has pointed out.

Don't cheap on the shocks and struts in a sports car, the only thing that will make a bigger difference in how your car handles will be the tires, and I hope you don't cheap out on those

If you're on a really tight budget and the car is a commuter car for you, there's always cheapy Gabriel or Munroes, you can find those from any online parts place for about $30 for an insert, and $40 for a shock. I wouldn't recommend this except out of desperation.
