Likewise. Sorry for your loss.
In some ways, I think they (terrorists) made a very big mistake now. Londoners are not to be trifled with, IMHO. _________________ '80 924 n/a SOLD |

Very true, if the Blitz didn't phase Londoners, I don't think this will... _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

It's unbelievable. I remember watching the towers. Where is the love? Where is the empathy? The only thing the bombers showed was a total lack of respect to life and how we again will not be phased by selfish acts of violence.
My thoughts and prayers to all those touched by this act.

Deeply saddened to hear about it. Watched the aftermath live on T.V. (it was late evening our time). Have relatives and friends in the U.K. (what Aussie doesn't?), hoping they're all OK.
Was amazed and impressed by how well everything was handled, a credit to your nation.
Good luck. Find 'em, finish 'em... _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

| I thought the mayor of London gave a great speech, he summed up the situation very well. |

Sorry to be the ass in the group but how come no one gave a damn when the US army leveled Fallujah where witnesses saw people "like human fireballs" which can only be explained by naplam or white phosphorus devices.
Yes London is awful, so was Madrid, and the towers. But is it ok to depopulate a whole city in Iraq looking for terrorist? Oh I forgot, they are not lilly white anglo-saxons, just sand niggers. Or is it towel heads? I forget. |

Actually, everyone gives a damn.
We don't get a lot of detail about what is happening in a war zone.
Explosions cause fire without having napalm or phosphorous content.
Fallujah was the scene of heavy fighting and if it was happening near me and I wasn't part of it , I'd be long gone.
Using that reasoning, and I'm entitled to my opinion, then the "human fireballs" were part of the fighting, either directly or indirectly.
War and death appears to be the norm since I was born.
Malaysia, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Somalia, Kuwait, Timor, Afghanistan, Iraq.
Excuse me if I missed any.
A life lost because of terrorism and the subsequent retaliation is 1 too many. _________________ Porsche 924 1984 (UK import) NA

Do you remember the Army also went on the radio and spread leaflets that they were going to level Falujah? Do the terrorists give ample warning when they are about to open up a busload of 'targets'? _________________ Dan Flanagan--2002 VW Jetta TDI, 83 Mercedes 300D,83 Mercedes Euro-240D |

paul im sure he means that we should have done a "safe for the iraqie people" house to house clearing... whos seen black hawk down? imagine that, thats what our forces had to go through in Fallujah if they were to do a house to house search...
I'm joining the military in 4 years(my contract with the Department of The Navy tells me so) when people tell me... ask me "oh why join the military, why go and endanger your life... I have two responses, one is that I want to serve my country, and my other which is more of a joke is that, as a kid I loved to deconstruct smash and break things.... the navy and the military gives me a great opertunity, to get paid to blow shit up, deconstruct, smash and break all I want...
We did warn the people of Fallujah that an attack was comming and it would basicly level their town...
Anyone who wants to bitch that we ruined their homes...
Think of all the shit were building them.. come on now
And anyone who is mad at me at the end of this post... Remember this... although my view of what is happening in the far east is diffrent from yours... We can all decide on one thing... That our 924/924s/931/932/944/951 is/are the best car/s ever made. _________________ Proud owner of
