I've call noltec (AUS) for some urethane bushings, they have done a set for the 924 in the past but are unsure if they still have the tooling, they're getting back to me on this.
Ozzie you were interested at one stage in getting bug pack bushings, are you still interested??
Are there any other guys in AUS interested in obtaining bushings??. When noltec get back to me I'll have a difinitive list of what the can supply and cost... i.e a-arms,strut bump stops, sway bars etc...
Othewise I will be going for bugpack from international suppliers...

I'd be very interested in seeing what they can do and their pricing. _________________ 1979 924 (Gone to a better place)

I am looking at getting some for the alternator from Fulcrum suspension.
I have to pull it off to get measurements again.

I need some too 'cause I found out the hard way that the Aus bushing ain't the same as the US ones. Would appreciate you letting me know how you go Ozzie. _________________ TJ

My son has dropped his car in my lap. Brakes all round, ring gear on flywheel and other dramas. _________________ Porsche 924 1984 (UK import) NA

Waiting for a guy to get back to me from noltec... their 924 bushings are under development and I'm getting an ETA on finish....
they are going to be offering;
inner front and rear bushings for front control arm in standard form...
as well as a rear bushing for the front that has camber adjustment...
there is also a castor kit being made...
I also contacted VSI imports in S.A for a cost estimate for bugpack bushings as they are the distributors for these, they only supply front/rear bushing for the front control arm but are out of stock in the rear bushings at the moment, I will know tommorow if they can still get them imported though and get a cost estimate on these.
That's it for now...

do you notice that Noltec also sell a DIY coil-over kit for struts? Grab a copy of the current Zoom magazine to see the process. _________________ 1979 924 (Gone to a better place)

Yeah got any idea on the cost, as to get my struts modified with threaded perches/preload springs/koni yellows / new coils etc is about $1500 from top performance...
so if a direct swap out is available cheaper then that would seem more feasable...
I'm thinking that just a new lowered spring and a change of shock is more affordable at the moment... around 250/300 springs + $660 for the shocks
