| My car came without a spare, so I'm going junkyarding to try and find one that will work (4-bolt). Please let me know what other cars used this bolt pattern&offset, as Porsches are scarce in this neck of the woods. Thanks! |

WHOA!!!! Stop right there...
just because there's 4 holes, doesn't mean that it will fit... you have to think about the distance from the center of the wheel to the hole, and not all are the same.
Fortunately, from what I've been told, some Ford 4-bolt wheels will fit, but I'm not sure which years and which models. Your best bet is to find the bolt pattern spec (I'm too lazy to find it right now) for yor car and match it up with another vehicle (like I said, check the 80s & 90s Fords, I'm pretty sure some will match). _________________ '80 931 FOR SALE

I'm positive there are heaps of guys on the board with spare 4-bolt rims they'd be happy to part with. Post in the "Cars and Parts Wanted/For Sale" forum. _________________ TJ

it's 4x108 which is not common, also has a strange offset, so you are best just to get another 924 wheel, they are usually free to a good home _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

If only that were true in this neck of the woods. The Porsche parts places in Aus want about $150 + shipping for a plain old 924 rim! _________________ TJ

Its easy to find!!Peugeot, Ford and Citroen, if use 4 bolt..have 4x108mm..Then principal brand of ring have this size..
The other problem is the ofset but is easy to put a spacer..The 8spoke have 20mm of ofset or ET. _________________ Im from Madrid (Europe), my english is not very fine...SORRY!!! |

As the tech section says, there are a few other wheels that will interchange, but for the most part 4x108 is hard to come by. But I believe the 924's came with a full size rim as a spare (basket weave design) so if you can find a 924 you shouldn't have trouble with a spare.
I'm selling a set of 4x108 spiderwebs if you interested though. _________________ 1986 944 | 1978 924 (FS) | 1982 931 | 1980 931 |
