Sure, you will need to use the bell housing, clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, starter, starter block off plate, etc from the 931 on the 924 motor.
Since you will be relocating the starter on the 924 motor, you may be able to use the 931's oil filter setup and the 931's oil cooler on the 924 motor. (I am not sure if this will interfere with the 924 exhaust manifold or not.)
You will need to use the 924's fuel injection, wiring harness and computers.
