Hi all,
took my car out with work yesterday (regional telly) and did some filming with punters (ie members of the public) - anyway, got this chap to sit in and he's dead chuffed to be able to sit in a porsche, knows its a 924 and everything, starts asking me about it and seems to know its an LT derived engine etc etc etc... anyway he asks how much the car's worth, and I say £800 and he reckons he would have guessed at 4-5thousand!!! heh!, should have sold it to him! _________________ 1998 BMW Z3 2.8 arctic silver & red

see...here is where you go wrong...asking a very low price for a very good car....people are willing to pay more...if they see a shitty low price on a car...they dont buy it because they think its too cheap to be good...and its probably crap....so....ask more _________________ Supercharger and EFI kits

Yup - if you've got a decent car, ask a decent amount for it. People naturaly assume the more expensive car is better. Some car's with a price for cheap, just won't sell. _________________ I tend to think differently. |
