Ok, so when you go to start it, it will start for about 3 seconds and then it will just die. Has fuel, and I see no leakage, pushing on gas doesn't help any either.

Does it turn off right when you take your hand off the key? That is the sign of a bad ignition switch

probably either your WUR or you AUX air valve.
Look through the opening in the aux air valve and see that there is a large opening straight through. You can also test the the elctrical connections to first confirm you are getting 12V+ at the connector and that the valve has the right figure for resistance, if both check out move onto diagnosis of the WUR.
When you say has fuel... is this in the tank or have you pulled an injector out and verified that it is spraying, including the CSV? If yes then it sounds like the WUR again... otherwise you may need to check everything from the fuel pump relay onwards down the fuel chain.
BTW what is the outside temperature at the moment..? is it cold, cool, warm
or hot ?

Well its about 70 F outside, but whats weird is about 2 months ago we got it started and even drove it. Where is the AUX air valve located, I have a new one in a box but I dunno where the one is in the engine to get it out =P. Fuel as in the tank has fuel I dunno how to do the injectors wouldn't know where those are either. I have checked the fuel pump relay and it looks fine to me but I might plug in another one if I happen to have it somewhere in that box also.

You will see them if you take the intake boot off, that big rubber thing.

I noticed the rubber boot that goes on the fuel distributor sucks down alot *edit*(like a plastic bottle you suck air out of and it squishes)*edit* as it dies and on one of my tries to start it I heard some kind of air release sounded like it released pressure from somwhere, was pretty loud.

I looked in the auxiliary air valve and it is blocked off by a silver thing it looks like.

AAV - there should be a jagged looking passage partly opened through it when cold. It should close completely as the engine runs and warms-up.
-But the AAV and gas pedal do the same thing - let in more air - and you say that giving it gas doesn't help, so your main problem is somewhere else and that seems to be a blockage upstream of that rubber part of the fuel distributor that you see collapsing. Check to see if it's the air metering plate - just see if you can move it by hand. It should move easily and return on its' own - usually feels like it's working against some hydraulic pressure the first time you move it, then it should become easier on subsequent tries.
Of course a very blocked air filter would be another possibility.

Ok then... If your boot is caving in it implies excessive vaccum is being made in the crossover tube from the throttle to the fuel dissy. You need to find the blockage/restriction
I suggest you remove the fuel distributor rubber boot, there should be the metering plate under it.. it's about 5" diameter... the plate should lift up freely using your fingers by grabbing the nut in the centre... and it shouldn't come in contact with the egdes of the bowl section.
If this checks out remove the air filter and make sure there are no restrictions behind it and the bottom of the fuel metering plate.
The air releasing is somewhere your vaccum is releasing back out to atmosphere, you will need to remove the crossover tube and use some liquid gasket on the parts and retighten the hose clamps so they're airtight again.
If the metering plate is stuck the dissy may need to be cleaned/replaced... not sure about the best method of getting one of these refurbished...

Yea I went out and replaced the AAV lol didnt work. Yea I took off the boot and the little metering plate touches the bowl section but I can push it down and it will come back up. I have no air filter in right now either. Now what is the "crossover tube"?

metering plate should move up... as air is rushing past it from bottom to top, check that it moves this way too... this is the only way fuel will be injected (not including CSV).
PVC crossover tube is as the name implies, it crosses over from one side of the engine to the other and has both the fuel metering boot at one end and the throttle boot at the other end. In the middle or the PVC section has the fittings for the EGR and decceleration hoses (model dependant).

The plate should be centered so it doesn't touch the bowl. -That would be the blockage if it's not allowing the plate to move upward.

Down = less fuel
Up = more fuel

In a NA...
