Has anyone experience or knowledge on whether 87 944 turbo torsion bars are a direct swap into a 77 924?

I think Morghen put 944 torsion bars in his car. Seems like they were just swapped in, but I'm sure he can tell you if they do or not.

Thanks for the reply Ryan, I found out they do fit.
Will answer my own question here for the sake of anyone who may come across this in the future.
924,944 and 951 torsion bars are interchangable as are VW (type 1 and 3 I think) and are 26 9/16" long.

a bit late...yea..i have 44 bars in my 924 but its a late model and it came with 44 bars from the factory. what i have swaped is 951 arms, shafts and 44 brakes. _________________ Supercharger and EFI kits
