i got my led's the oil, clock and heater control lights r in. how do i get to the rest? i took the two screws in the gauge cluster off, do i need to pull the stearing wheel? car is in the shop right now "front engine service" but i want to know how so i can do it when it is done. the clock and oil was easy, i should get my car back by next monday. _________________ another project car...omg |

You can put your hand up behind the gauges and push them out gently, then disconnect wiring for better access. The speedo is tricky because of the cable, but it's possible.
I didn't pull the steering wheel, but it might make it a little easier.

It is much easier to work with the guages if you pull the steering wheel to get it out of your way.
Be very careful with that 3 ring bezel... besides the screws there are two clips that you don't want to break off and I have cracked a new bezel installing it.

I would pull the steering wheel and the c clip at the left spindle and remove the speedo cable from the spindle.
Then remove the 2 screws at the top of the cluster and gentlly pull it out. _________________ White 87 924S "Ghost"
