I regret that I missed the chance to get the most important picture, that of the truck pulling the trailer, but by the time I got my camera the fire crew was already spilling out onto the roads. The fires were caused by an iddiot pulling a older model BMW on a lawnmover tilt trailer. The BMW did not fit so the trailer was tilted and dragging the ground. I heard him go by my shop, and the noise was enough to wake the dead!! The sparks generated by the trailer started at least 10 fires in less than 3 miles. The trail of roadside fires led right up to the guys house, where he tried to hide the rig in the woods. He is getting fines for 1200. Never a dull moment here!

Hey! That looks suspiciously like a Miata/MX-5...

Have you crossed over to The Dark Side?

EDIT: Never mind, I noticed you've owned Miata's previously. Is that one yours? What is it?

The gene pool here is 98% black. But the few white people I know do seem to spend alot of time with their sisters. Its the south man.

Nice Classic NA. I like the red on tan and the hardtop. Any mod's?

Have you seen the coupé they made? Dunno if it was a one-off or not? I'd love to get my hands on one of them, though!

(Sorry to hijack the thread but it was OT anyway, so...)

Where do you live? Why is there no snow? I'm stuck in hell on earth, it was -47 celcius this morning, and I had to dig out a snow drift to get my car out of the garage.

Sucks for you. Has been in the 50s and 60s here. Only snowed once this year, not even a 16th of an inch. This whole county has been on water restriction for 6 months and a burn ban has been on and off.

Most importantly I have seen salt on the roads only once.
