What effect does not replacing the firewall rubber have on cabin noise etc?
does it serve any other prurpose..eg flame retardant?
Thinking of either replacing it or just leaving it off..... whats a new one worth? might be able to just cut one from the old template onto generic firewall rubber...old one has bubbled through at various spots
ideas? _________________ 1979 NA

Would be prettier on, IMO, and much less noisy (clatter clatter) in the cockpit. _________________ Toofah King Bad
