I'm buying a 944 coolant tank for my 24, but I have to connect it to my coolant system

I could cut up my stock 24 hose and adapt it (with some steel pipe and clamps) for the 44 tank...but that's not nice.

Wonder how others did it... could I use the stock 44 hose from radiator to expansion tank? that's #10 on page 37/311 of the 944 PET list. 944 106 245 01.

I'm quite sure the 44 radiator is completely different compared to the 24 radiator... but I could be lucky.

Anyone?
Rich? I know you have one

From the pics I've seen people are doing the steel-tubing and clamps trick. That's my plan also.

Different setup because mine went into a 931, but the only OE parts I bought were the tank, the cap, and the small hose that attaches at the filler (because it takes some wild turns) -

The other two are reg'lar old heater hose -

Thanks smoothie!
The big one on the bottom is the one I was talking about.
I guess I'll have to be creative with my stock hose.

What's that second one for? not the one at the cap, but the semi large one under the cap on the second pic?

That medium sizer (3/8"(9.5mm)) goes to the upper corner of the radiator - just above the temperature switch.
