Hi All

Just been having a scan through ebay UK and found a few front wings etc in fibre glass.

Has anyone run these items on their NA 2ltr? if so does it save much weight and aid any performance?

Cheers

Ben

I think these are good prices. If they were in the states I would buy them.

the parts aren't too bad priced to be honest, and the bonnet is supposed to be half the weight i not too sure on the wings but i wondered if it would aid weight loss enough to be noticable?

i need to do a full respray so it could all be done together.

Anyone else running this setup?

Sniff Sniff

Getting emotional, Firstly, sorry guys, as usual in the summer I am away for a few months just to cope with work.

I have the kinda setup you are talking about benlg81.

Front bumper, wings, hood, rear wings, rear bumper are all fiberglass.

IIRC I got all my stuff from Pro-9. Simon is the dude I speak to from that place. Very helpful guy. If you mention Mark from Malta it will ring a bell.

The quality is pretty good and obviously any weight reduction does make a difference esp considering these cars are not pack with "Hi-Performance" engines by todays standards.

Just make sure who ever sprays it has sprayed on fiberglass before.. It is important!!!! Ask me how I know
