Either of these + something like this:
=My life for the most part. I don't have the desire to ride pro nor would I be good enough anytime soon, so I do instructing at my local resort. I'm planning to get certified by the american association of snowboard instructors to a level 2(maybe even 3) so after I finish school for Photography I can move out west, to take photos, ride and teach...and hopefully own a 924 _________________ Mike

Heh, I don't have any other hobby's, since I have neither time nor money any more. Thank you Porsche and VW
WhoDak, take a vacation in British Columbia, Canada sometime. We have some amazing mountains here, winters are nonexistant by most standards, summers are mild, political climate is moderate... Vancouver has consistently been ranked as one of the 5 best cities to live in for a long time by international organizations. _________________ '81 931 in various states of assembly |

Cool Joes924racer.
I had a few when I was a kid. I had a 2-channel slope soarer with a 6ft wingspan (called an Aeroflyte Aries) and it had a little oh-four-nine mounted on a pod for towing it up at a field. Great fun! One day at the local slope I had it trimmed out and it sat there for about 30mins without me touchin' the sticks... beautiful. She was up there for two hours that day! Had to bring her down 'cause the batteries were going flat!
Had a 3-channel Hustler trainer, too. Good for light aerobatics but kinda slow.
My uncle let me fly his Lark a few times, it was a fully aerobatic slope soarer. A real mean machine. It was fibreglass fuselage with drilled foam-core wings and the bugger used to fly so quick it'd scream as it came past! Needed, like, 20 knot winds just to stay airborne!
Ah, those were days. I've gotta get me another... _________________ '80 924 Turbo |
