nice.
I'll be at the ring next weekend.
Not sure if I'll drive the porsche on it, I'm a bit scared that something will happen. Not to me or the porsche, but if a coolant hose decides to die (which has happened once) I'm not fond of the consequences when someone crashes on my coolant spill.
Today I've prepped the car a bit.. changed the oil, checked all the brakes etc etc.
My brakes seem a bit wobbly when I brake just a little bit.. on harder braking it seems fine, so the discs probably aren't warped, but it appears to be play on my rear wheel bearings I've changed those 7000km ago, 6months...
I'll be replacing my coolant with demineralized water when I'll go to germany. If something happens, it's just water and no slippery coolant. Should be fine to have water in for a week. My girl can fine tune my MS when I'm cruising on the autobahn and I've been working on a track mapping which is a bit richer so it won't stall when I decelerate. _________________ "Rule: Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun." Short Up-date... Manthey racing 911 RSR is out and also some R8. So there is a chance for BMW Z4RSR and other cars.
In the lead is a 911 RS Hybrid !! It has two front-axle e-motors which produce 160PS on push to pass button. 5 th place is a 911 which where picked up at porsche Stuttgart days before and that is street-legal and with licence plates (S-GO-2400). If they finish they drive back the car to stuttgart through the Autobahns....Corso? _________________ NA 924 - april/1977- 4-speed-audi gearbox.

a hybrid at first place?
although... they probably can regenerate energy with those motors in the front. _________________ "Rule: Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun." (C. Bell)

The hybrid has a120 liter gastank + the e-power.What brings the main advantage over this long race is the fact that he could stay out of the pits longer. It saves on round per hour.
The Race is over now, the Porsche-Hybrid didn`t make it. The winner is a BMW M3 GTR (after 5 years BMW is back to this race and the won it rightaway..) second place goes to aFerrari 430SC which is the first time that a Ferrari is taking part! On of the drivers where an american driver who never drove the Greenhell before.....respect.
I think it is a good training on the Playstation.... _________________ NA 924 - april/1977- 4-speed-audi gearbox.

some friends of mine think that too... it's a tricky track and if you know what to expect, you'll surely have an advantage _________________ "Rule: Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun." (C. Bell)
