I have totally had it with Porscheshop.uk.

They sent me a wrong downpipe, will take it back but refuse to reimburse me for shipping it back to them. It is my fault they say and nobody in the office remembers talking to me about the lhd/rhd issue or it being manufactured by Dansk and offcourse it is a UK shop, so they naturally only sell RHD parts (but they do sell LHD steering components).

A year ago I tried to buy a AAV, which they offered for a really good price. So I made up an order with some other stuff I also 'needed'. Next day an email: they cannot deliver the AAV, although it was on the site (and still is). So they reimburse me....for my whole order. I had to call them four times before they found the time to help me get THEIR money back.

I also bought a fuel pump, again lured by the low price. It arrived as a 924S pump. In this case I had to pay for the return while it was their fault,
before they sent me the correct one.

So prices are good, but the rest s*cks.

I found the opposite, they are a bit pricey but the service was always good...

I think their ordering system is a bit error prone, no partnumbers, a vague description and a generic photograph.

I've had some problems with these guys shipping wrong parts, on more than one occasion I have received 924S/944 parts instead of std 924. Pretty annoying, they seem to be really sloppy when packaging.

But importantly they have cheap WURs. Got a new one from them recently and it sure did a lot of good for the old girl.

Have one from them too !

Also strange that some parts do not come in a box, jus wrapped in bubblewrap, e.g. the first pump and the accumulator.

While we're revealing A-holes, CarParts.com in Illinois, including their suppliers (Spectra in this case), will send the wrong parts, swear up and down that they've sent the correct parts, unabashedly reveal their stupidity over the phone, and then ignore polite requests for shipping cost refunds.
For any unfortunates finding themselves in a similar situation - sell whatever they sent through e-bay rather than pay to ship it back to them.

That's why I use RockAuto.com, carparts.com is just JC Gyped-me, so take that with a grain of salt.
