I get my batteries from the auto wrecker. Way cheap, and around here they even come with a warranty! _________________ 78 924 NA

Just about any 12V battery that fits. Height is important so the posts don't make contact with the hood. They're sized by "group size" which you should find printed somewhere on your old battery. _________________ "..it's made in Germany. You know the Germans always make good stuff."

thanks Smoothie and everybody
I really appreciate your help.
Like I have said before.
There are a really great group of people on this website, who are very helpful.
I have some issues with use of my hand and arm, so it really gives me so much help .
Thanks again Smoothie, and everyone |

Errr... Don't use a motorbike battery or a 12v camera battery, they will fry when you engage the starter _________________ 924 (84) N/A 2 ltr - 5 Speed - BLACK - Project (looking for 200BHP, any ideas!)
