battery for 1987 924s where can I buy a cheap one?

Hi
I am now stuck with a dead battery.

i need a new one.

Can anybody tell me where I can get a good price on one?

I have a 1987 Porsche 924s.

I get my batteries from the auto wrecker. Way cheap, and around here they even come with a warranty!

Just about any 12V battery that fits. Height is important so the posts don't make contact with the hood. They're sized by "group size" which you should find printed somewhere on your old battery.

Like I have said before.

There are a really great group of people on this website, who are very helpful.

I have some issues with use of my hand and arm, so it really gives me so much help .

Errr... Don't use a motorbike battery or a 12v camera battery, they will fry when you engage the starter
