I wanted to see the age difference here on the board. It seems there might be a younger group of guys around here. Which might be good to all the old guys who know everything about 924s and share it with the newer guys (like me). I was surprised that 944 owners were manly between 18-35 years of age. I think of the 924's as the older guys with the slower car...

lol, release the beast

BTW, I'm 22 and bought my 924 at 21. I always loved Porsche's since I was around 4. My older brother showed me a 911 (I think it was a 1990) and had posters on his wall of a 944 gts?(boss) and the 924gt . I always love 911s and to be honest, I hated 944's,968's and 924's since about 2-3 years ago, a friend in college liked Porsche's too we made small talk. He showed me the 944. I told him (As all 911 guys do) it's not a "real" Porsche. After a ride in one and the fact that the transmission in the back was really cool, I started searching for them ever since then. I still love the 911's and will work my way up the Porsche ladder to it someday I hope...

Edit: I way always Taught that Porsche's and Lamborghini's were the fastest cars in the world. I'm pretty sure this rubbed off on me...

I guess I'm the old one here at 52. Although I don't look it, act it or feel like it. Pretty much all of the people I see that re my age look old to me. I have always looked young. When I graduated from high school I looked like i was in the 6th grade.

When I was 18, I had a fake ID that said I was 25.

Now that I'm 38, I have a fake ID that says I'm 25.
