It looks like I have a slight drip coming off the front of my motor, in the area of the rubber portion of the oil pan gasket.

Has anyone else had problems here? Any suggestions?

TIA

Permatex RTV gasket material (comes in a tube) on all corners of a pan gasket, always.

Torque the bolts properly (as in not much!) and see if that solves the problem.

RTV is an adhesive, and unless you get exactly the correct type, it also gets eaten by synthetic fluids. So I don't recommend you glue your pan and gasket on.

Use hylomar, it seals, and isn't an adhesive so that you don't need a crowbar to remove your oilpan later.
