| For all of 931 guys. I will be taking a 1982 931 #242 to the big show for judging .While many of the judges I feel may not be fair to this car and it's rarity , But in my eyes it's as rare as a speedster! Being that I have never had a car judged by anyone I am not quiet sure what to think about this process. What I have here is a 77,000 original [mostly car] 75% orig. paint and 100% orig Int. from stem to stern it is very clean.and numbers matching. Does anyone have any input on what they will be looking for? I look to raise the bar on the 931-924 classic Porsche. Thank you Tony G. |

| fear not. you will be surprised how the judges receive your car. I showed my fully restored 77.5 924 at the lake placid parade a bunch of years back. The judges were not only helpful and gave me advice on how to prepare the car for the next show but they were so thankful that such a fine example of a 924 was shared. There was no snobbery what so ever many fellow 924 owners came over to chat. It took second place only to an unrestored '82 924. The owner of which was helpful in preparing my car. Like an idiot I sold that car off. not sure what ever happened to it. I went nuts on restoring it for sentimental reasons (first running porsche I ever bought). When my '79 euro turbo with CGT body is done I plan on showing it. got some time for that. |
