The italian clutch does chatter a bit more than the original disc did when you first let it out but i think that may be partially due to breaking it in. either way I don't mind it.
Believe it or not I can't tell any vibration or sound differences... except that I don't have a billion bearing rattling. MUCH smoother. The crazy slipping and jerking is gone. Doesn't sound like wailing death.
Everything is smooth as can be and I am one happy camper.
I cannot thank you all enough for the advice and info. Has helped a LOT.

Awesome! Congrats dude!
Yes, the clutch will probably chatter a bit at first while it breaks in (follow the break in procedures they provide)
Don't hold your foot on the clutch pedal between shifts and slip it as little as possible to avoid glazing the material. Basically you get to drive slowly for the first 500 miles or so. _________________ Stefan

Shitty part is no instructions were provided... i've been being super nice to it.
So slip as little as possible. No holding on pedal (i never do anyway). Can do. _________________ - 1977 Porsche 924 2.0 N/A (Trackday Project)

Congrats!
Dunno what's cooler - Chris Walken or a 944 with a new clutch... _________________ '88 944 Auto - may or may not resurrect |

Look up Fat Boy Slim's Perfect Weapon video with Christopher Walken. I'm sure there's a version you can view on that side of the pond. _________________ Stefan
