Was it a hot or a cold-start?
In the first case maybe you have the wellknow hot-start problem most of the 924's have?

Not sure but the fuel dizzy is not supposed to leak, it has to be air tight as far as I know.

Wheres it leaking from?
Next i would do a complete cis tune, using a proper tester check system pressure, control pressure, warm and cold starts and do a quantitve test on the injectors and finally adjust the idle co2 mix with an allen key at the dissy
At the same time i would also check the ignition in regards to dissy timing and idle settings as these have a big effect on the tune of the car
