Hey guys,
Wanted to see if anybody had a line on any paper stuff, etc for the World Championship (Martini) model. I have purchased one ad (on the way), but I'd like to find more. I believe there's a poster as well showing a 935, a 936, and the 924.
Any leads?
I really appreciate it!

I have a uk/euro brochure for my Martini, which is an A3 sheet folded in half to show the car views in colour one side and the background history on the other in B&W and in 4 languages. I have seen somethig similar for the US spec cars. _________________ 1984 n/a Ruby Red Metallic

| They're out there. Keep an eye on eBay, believe it or not. There's lots of ephemera that passes there. |

Here's a pic of one of the literature pieces I'm after. I think it's a poster?

Thanks for the replies, you guys.

I got that very piece of literature from ebay a few years ago. It was a page from a magazine of some sort from the time the car came out. I took the picture to a sign shop and had them blow it up into a poster for me. The image quality isn't exactly what it would have been if it had been a poster originally, but it looks pretty good.
I also purchased from ebay a foldable advertisement that is color on one side and black and white on the other. It has various information about the car, basically spec highlights that relay the differences in the Championship edition from other 924's of the time. It was originally mailed from Porsche or their various dealers to current Porsche owners inviting them to come in and see the new championship model (it also came with a cover letter explaining this).
Good luck in your search of Martini literature, it's out there. _________________ 1981 931 |

Got this in the mail today from ebay. It came from a 1977 Car and Driver magazine.
Got this next piece the other day and it sounds like the other piece you described. Folded, blue on one side, B & W on the other. You can see a white area down in a corner for the dealers to stamp their address in.
Both cool pieces that go well with our cars to teach people the reason for this special model. Still looking for more lit guys! _________________ Current project 1981 931

The folded sales brochure is virtually the same as my Uk/Euro one except of course in mine the pics are of euro spec cars ie no side warning markers and euro spec f & r bumpers. _________________ 1984 n/a Ruby Red Metallic

Yupp! Those are the two pieces of literature that I have as well. I just took the magazine page to a sign maker and had them develop a poster from it. _________________ 1981 931 |
