I've got a bearing # of F43188. I can't find the stupid thing anywhere. Anyone know where I can get one? It's the bearing that sits inside the column. _________________ - 1977 Porsche 924 2.0 N/A (Trackday Project)

Is yours destroyed? Mine rattled quite a bit and seemed a little loose, but I sprayed it out with brake cleaner and packed it with good grease and made it much better. _________________ Toofah King Bad

Not destroyed but it is rattly and tough. I guess I can try and spray it out but I'm not sure how well it'll be. I contacted the company labeled on the bearing to see if they have a replacement. _________________ - 1977 Porsche 924 2.0 N/A (Trackday Project)

Well, if you can get measurements, you might be able to find an equivalent in a bearing catalog. _________________ Stefan

The bearing for the 914 column will fit the column on the 924 (NLA).
I gather you mean the one in the ign switch housing. _________________ Porsche 924 1984 (UK import) NA

That's the one!
I went to new house here in redmond and they looked for the same OD/ID/Thickness on the bearing and cannot find anything of equivalent.
914 bearing it is then. I'll try clean and regrease first as rasta had suggested though. _________________ - 1977 Porsche 924 2.0 N/A (Trackday Project)

still feels awesome. Some carb cleaner and new grease and it feels like new. _________________ - 1977 Porsche 924 2.0 N/A (Trackday Project)
