Hi all. i have just bought a 1988 924S and my first night time drive caused my first problem. I flicked the lights onto main beam and since then they wont turn off. The headlights and additional lights in the bumper are all on main beam. I pulled the fuse for the additional lights and they went out. I then pulled the fuse for right side main beam and that went to dipped and then i pulled the fuse for left side main beam and that stayed on main beam. At first i thought it was a switch fault but i am now thinking a left hand headlamp connector fault??? It was cold and dark so i didnt spend long on it but i tried to remove the headlamp but it wont come out. I removed the 4 screws but the adjuster at the bottom of the light is stopping it coming out. First time out with the lights popped up and it has gone all wrong. HELP!!! |

Still looks like switch problems to me, either main light switch or dip switch.
