so, bought the car, and a 5 lug kit 6 years ago for my son. he wasnt interested in working on it. It has been sitting in my garage ever since. I had been debating on getting rid of it for a while, because i have alot of other projects that need to be worked on, and i'd like to have my garage back. 6 months ago, my 14y/o daughter says: I want the 924, and i will help you work on it. The car was a victim of a blown head gasket and sitting outside for a bunch of years with water in a cylinder. I found a parts car with a good engine, and we off to the races! Last weekend finished the 5 lug, mounted some cookie cutters , and they look quite nice on the car. This weekend got the engine out of the good car. It is turning into a fun little project, and I'm enjoying reading all of your great posts.

So, about the 5 lug conversion: I set the car down for the first time since the converstion, and the the spindles fell off of the lower a arms . Apparently i did not get all the parts I needed with the "KIT". I will be posting a WTB in the for sale part of the forum next.
