Anyone out there know of a good f d rebuild shop that is reliable and not over priced ? And please not Jaytan Industries Inc as they took my money and didn't return my fuel dist.

I used Doctor Injector, however I believe they have gotten out of the fuel distributor rebuild business in the past couple years. You could still contact them and see.

I'm surprised you had trouble with Jaytan. I found them to be very professional, fast, responsive, and they provided excellent pre- and post-service support.

Other than them, the other place I know of is Special-T Auto, but I seem to recall reading that they don't do the service in-house, so expect a longer turn-around time.

Ideola, I think what Jaytan does is give someone a good deal and they recommend them to someone else like me and screw them over royally ! They are cooks, check out the reviews on them, not good. They stole my money $2.19.00 and kept my fuel distributor which was a real hassle finding another at $100 to get rebuilt. Plus they don't answer the phone hardly ever, they had my fd for over two months after I sent it to them and wouldn't return my emails or ph calls, yes people stay away from them they are crooks !
