So the other day when I cleaned out my WUR one of the wires broke off and the car is starting like crap ever since. So,.. if someone would be so kind as to take a pic of the WUR, probe the wires and point out which is POS and which is NEG that would be just super

Does not matter. Key switched +12v on one, ground on the other. _________________ Toofah King Bad

That's what I thought. But yes good to know brown is ground too,.. will double check this.
Weird thing. before I rewired that thing I had to hold the peddle to the floor to get it started. Force of habit later I realize, holding the peddle to the floor is flooding the engine, lol. |

Holding the pedal down won't flood the engine, in fact it is the Porsche approved way to start the car with a hot engine on the early cars, this is stated in the handbook. _________________ 1984 n/a Ruby Red Metallic

Was this before they installed WUR and/or using carbs? |

Was this before they installed WUR and/or using carbs? |
924s never came with carbs. |
