Well, last Saturday I took the 924S to Mid Ohio Sports Car Course for the annual Vintage race weekend. At first I parked in the infield and after walking through the car show area & talking with other Porsche owners I was invited to bring my car into the show area. When I got back to my car to move it, I found this. A nice matching 944 parked next to me.

So once in the show area I cleaned up my car and let others enjoy looking at it.

At this point I found out all cars that were in the show area were invited to take pace laps at lunch time. so of course I signed up for that. In previous times on the track, they limited us to 25MPH, this time it was pretty much open as long as you didn't pass the car in front of you. The first lap they lead us around at about 45MPH then pulled off the pace car for our second lap and I was able to open it up to about 75MPH behind the Mercedes I had to follow.

OK, so now for some of the vintage Porsches that were at the track this weekend. All beautiful cars and nobody was holding back on the track either.

Thanks for sharing! I really like the chin spoiler and side skirts on your car.

THANKS. The PO installed those before I got the car, but it was a selling point for me. I love the look for a street car, almost an older IMSA style front end. The only issue I had with it was getting air flow to the radiator. The back side of the spoiler was all open and air flow im sure was going under the car. I boxed in the opening directly through the original lower bumper / grill opening and now have excellent cooling. The car doesn't run higher than 190 at highway speeds and no more than 210 in city stop & go traffic.
