Hi all
I seem to be missing some parts from my steering column which is causing the wheel to wobble from side to side. The haynes manual on pg 192 shows items 12, a sleeve and 15 a steering column support ring that I don't seem to have! I did find a mangled piece of plastic that seems to represent the steering column support ring but not the sleeve.
I have done an internet search for supply of these parts but I cant find them. Can any one help please?

Thanks
Daniel

The white plastic support, I couldn't find, but Autohausaz.com has a metal 944 version, 928 347 73902 to replace it. It's longer than the white plastic piece, and I think I had to cut mine. Can't remember.

You mean..... this?

Unless you're talking about the plastic piece that physically goes around the steering shaft that acts as sort of a "spacer"...

Daniel,
171.419.341 and 171.419.549 respectively. These are special order items, but are less than $10 for the pair. Let me know if you'd like me to check on availability.
