Was driving today completely fine, drove into a driveway putting it into neutral... Went back into first to keep driving and notice its really sloppy and its driving as if the gear isn't completely engaged. Pulled up and tried to move again and nothing changed, with clutch not engaged its very sloppy (like stirring a spoon in a bowl) and won't select reverse, just selects a gear that moves me forward.
Is this a selector issue? A worn bushing or something similar ? Or am I in the shit majorly. |

It could be a worn shift lever, or rear linkage. I'm not all that familiar with the early cars... try posting this in General discussions, or maybe a mod will move it there. _________________ '84 944 -White, Brown interior
