Text is text as far as the message box goes. If you want to publish the document(s) on the web, then save as HTML. Otherwise, save it as a .doc file and you should be good. _________________ Stefan

The forum message block will only accept plain text marked up with "BBCode", which are the formatting "instructions" proprietary to the forum software. There is no easy way to preserve the formatting in something like OpenDocs or Word when dropping text into the forum.
I use a Freeware / Shareware program called "TextEdit", which has some macro script capabilities that allows one to write scripts that can convert formatted text into BBCode, as well as the other similar formatting markup used on Rennlist and Pelican. If you're reasonably adept at writing macros, something like that can help to ease the pain. Otherwise, you have to drop in the plain text and manually reformat it using the formatting tags. _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |
